  I called this location a woman answered she didn't leave her name, she was very rude and made a negative comment about not being a moving company and went on to continue to be rude. I am offering furniture for free and lots of it! I would expect a curtious phone attendant regardless if I have a lot or a little, I believe what I got was somebody having a bad morning and representing your company with a really bad attitude and all I can think is that every time I call a salvation Army this is the representation I'm going to get. I'm not comfortable with this kind of business at all, I would like for the company to apologize for this to me and hold that employee responsible for her bad attitude today is October 3rd and its 11:17 a.m. and I spoke with her 40 minutes ago
